DIPLOMA IN E-SECRETARYSHIP
INTRODUCTION
Diploma in E-Secretaryship prepares students for the modern office environment by combining traditional secretarial subjects with latest modern office information communication technologies such as e-mail, word processing, web design, presentation package, etc.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Completed SPM/’O’ level/Senior Middle 3 or equivalent.
- Mature applicants with minimum of one SPM credit or equivalent qualification.
COURSE’S AIMS
This course is designed to meet the following:-
• Provide students with a higher concentration on software and equipment knowledge in order to enhance and automate traditional secretarial tasks.
• Provide the knowledge, skills and work habits required for entry-level requirement in an executive office environment.
• Imbue students with the ability to function as administrators and to play a meaningful role in the management process.
• Provide emphasis on hands-on training in basic office procedures, records management, a variety of computer application programs, written and oral business communications, accounting and keyboarding.
