INTRODUCTION

The Diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communications produces graduates with the technical and conceptual skills necessary to visualize ideas and messages to execute a quality advertising and marketing campaign. It also prepares students who wish to pursue a career in advertising, direct marketing, public relations, promotions or other related areas of marketing.


COURSE’S AIMS

This course is designed to meet the following aims :-
• To equip graduates with fundamental concepts of advertising, marketing   communications, public relations and media studies
• To enhance thinking skills and creativity in developing advertising messages,   concepts and ideas through effective copywriting and attractive visuals
• To enhance interpersonal relations skills and credibility in communications, report   writing and presentations

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Upon completion of this program, graduates are able to work as account executives, media planner executives, art directors, designers, copywriters, media researchers, marketing executives, event organizers, and more.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have at least one of the following:
• SPM (with 3 credits) in any subject
• Certificate in Communications with MQA minimum standard
• Other equivalent qualification
