INTRODUCTION The Diploma in Information Technology (Software Engineering) provides a solid base for the study of the fundamentals of Computer Science as well as in-depth exposure to the many aspects of small to medium scale software development projects. Students will be equipped with all the necessary fundamentals of software development which include the user requirement analysis, system documentation and programming/coding. Students will be introduced to both Open Source and Microsoft.Net platform
COURSE’S AIMS This course is designed to meet the following aims:- • To provide graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the skills, principles and techniques relating to Software Engineering.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to work as programmers, web programmers, database administrators, IT executives and in any other IT related position.
