ADMISSION PROCEDURES

 

Students may apply in the following ways:-

1. Contact our Academic Sales staff and counselors at a Metro Campus near you.

Walk into our metro campus office and bring your certificates and transcripts with you. Our friendly counselors take you on a campus tour while sharing with you about your future career.

2. You may click on the online enquiry form and submit the details for us. Or you may straightaway complete and submit the     online application form in detail and wait for our reply. We will answer you within 48 hours.

3. Attend our road shows and meet us at the exhibition booths at your town/city and we will provide you with all the     necessary information for enrolment and admission.


General Entry Requirements

A. Students who opt for a diploma program shall have a minimum of 3 credits in any subjects in SPM/O-Levels or equivalent.

B. Students who have less than 3 credits in SPM will be admitted to an Associate Diploma or any certificate programs before     progressing to the Diploma.

C. Students who opt for a KLMU degree program shall have a minimum of 2 principals in the relevant subjects in STPM/A -     Levels or equivalent. Foundation and Pre-U programs students are accepted as well. Please contact a counselor for further     details.

General Entry Requirements

For diploma studies: High School, SPM, O-levels, UEC or equivalent
For degree studies: High School, STPM, A-levels or equivalent

Students with O-levels, UEC or SPM must complete the Foundation Program.

 

MALAYSIAN REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 

Complete the application form and attach the following documents:
• A certified true copy of High School Certificate/Diploma
• Certified true copies of your academic transcripts
• A photocopy of your Identification Card
• 3 passport-sized photographs

• Other supporting documents

Submit all documents to KLMU's Registrar, its Admission Office or at a Metro Campus near you.

Wait for the results of the application

 

  INTERNATIONAL STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 

Complete the application form and attach the following documents:
• A certified true copy of certificate/High School Diploma/Diploma
• A certified true copy of your academic transcripts
• 2 sets of your photocopied passport (all pages)
• 6 passport-sized photographs in color
• Release letter from your previous university/college
(For applicants who are currently studying at a different university/
College in Malaysia )
• Visa processing fee of RM1, 150 in the form of a bank draft payable to Cosmopoint Sdn Bhd

• Applicants above 25 years of age must submit a letter or bank statement from your sponsor or your own bank statement if you are self-sponsored.

Submit the application form and documents to the Registrar (International Students)

After the selection by the Admission Process Committee, the
University College will send successful candidates an offer package directly.
